General Interpretation

Queen of Cups

The Queen of Cups will most times be a literal woman in your life. She might be family, perhaps your mother, or another family member or a friend or even a work colleague.

She could be almost anything but she will be a part of your life in some way. Whoever she is you can rest assured that she is very firmly on your side.

The Queen is a very feminine and loving energy and although usually a person rather than a concept when she appears she can represent loving and compassionate aspects around you or within you.

Friends and Family

Again, the Queen will almost certainly represent a person that you know or will get to know in the near future. Most times it will be somebody that you already know.

She will have your best interests at heart and you should listen to anything that she has to say. Her advice will be sound and indeed a major part of her role within your life at this moment in time will be to act as an advisor.

Love and Relationships

If you are unattached but would like that to change then the appearance of the Queen is a really good omen. Whereas her appearance could indicate a literal person it is more likely that she represents the concept of loving energy.

Although I am sure that it does happen it is unlikely that a new love will walk up your garden path and knock on your door so if you are single the Queen of Cups is telling you to get out there and be sociable. There is someone waiting to meet you.

For those of you in a relationship the Queen indicates the probability of it being successful. That doesn’t automatically mean that your relationship will end up in marriage but it doesn’t preclude it either. She represents the positive potential of your relationship.

If you are already married then the Queen is more likely to represent a literal person. She will have good advice to give and if she’s turning up in your reading in this way then this might be a time that you need that advice.

Spiritual Growth

It would be beneficial to you on your spiritual journey to consider whether there is someone who could inspire you to greater heights. Whereas this could be someone that you know, it is more likely to be someone that you read about or hear about in some way or see a TV program about.

She will almost certainly be a Mother Teresa type figure but if Mother Teresa herself is not your personal cup of tea the chances are that there is someone out there like her who could inspire you.

Work and Career

It doesn’t matter whether you are in work, or whether you are  still looking for that elusive opportunity because in either case it is highly likely that the queen of cups will represent a woman in your life.

If you are working she is someone who could prove to be helpful to you work-wise but it is not impossible that she would prove helpful to you on a personal level as well. Perhaps even a mixture of the two.

If you are looking for work then give some thought to the women in your life and make sure that you don’t discount someone because you think they couldn’t possibly help you. The key factor you need to consider is loving.

Who in your life – family, friend, or otherwise – do you associate with that word? Answer that question correctly and you could be taking the first step down the path to a new job as she will have help or advice that you should heed.

Message from Spirit

This would be a good time for you to consider trying to develop your intuition.  You are more intuitive than you give yourself credit for.
